Ello everyone.. i woke up at 8am when i heard my phone rang... it was abg hassan... he wants me to come for today's silat training... hmm... Today's training was a physical training.. Quite exhausted actually... Jog... Then Circuit Training... Bla3.... Ala kulli hal... Awk2... nari kita rajin tau... kita gi silat... hee

Then in the afternoon at 4pm... My sibs including me n cuzz went to circus.. The performers are the Russian people... The show was great.. Cool and fun... Their final performance was playing with the 'bunga api'.. They make tons of style... cool rite...? Unfortunately... NO PIC taking is allowed nor VIDEO taking.. hehe
